WHO WE ARE
HPP Engines and Drivetrains (formerly Harbaugh Power Products) has been performing high quality commercial, construction and industrial heavy duty diesel engine rebuilds since 1986. We have experience with virtually every manufacturer, including Caterpillar, Case, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Deutz, Ford, General Motors, International, John Deere, Komatsu, Liebherr, MTU, Mercedes, Perkins, Volvo and more. HPP Engines offers a full machine shop. All engine block remanufacturing is performed on our Rottler F104 CNC Engine Machining Center
Our machine shop can also fully rebuild your cylinder head with new valves, springs, guides, seals, locks and injector sleeves, as required.
For customers performing their own rebuilds, HPP can also come to your site to cut counterbores for repair shims without removing the engine from the vehicle.
Our Process

Inspection
We will also test and inspect all housings, manifolds, fittings, hardware and other components that are not part of the rebuild.

Guidance
If there is a problem with one of these components, we will promptly notify the customer and provide either new or reconditioned replacement parts.

Repair
We also rebuild transmissions, pumps, heads and other components with the same accuracy and reliability of our full engine rebuilds.
04
Final Inspection
Every detail is carefully reviewed to ensure superior quality and complete client satisfaction.
